Each Canyon Weddings package is designed as a curated, all-inclusive experience. Packages typically include your canyon ceremony, professional photography, luxury limousine transportation, floral arrangements, fine dining reservations, and a luxury hotel stay. Specific inclusions vary by package and are clearly listed in the package details.
We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date, especially for spring and summer weddings in Colorado. However, because our ceremonies are intimate and streamlined, we can sometimes accommodate shorter timelines depending on availability.
Absolutely. While our packages are carefully designed to create a seamless experience, couples are welcome to personalize elements such as ceremony wording, music selections, floral colors, and other details to reflect their style and relationship.
Colorado weather can be unpredictable, so Canyon Weddings maintains alternative ceremony options when needed. In the event of severe weather, we will coordinate with you to move the ceremony to an appropriate indoor or sheltered location so your wedding day can proceed smoothly.
To reserve your wedding date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding date. Weddings booked within 30 days must be paid in full at the time of booking.
We understand that life can be unpredictable. Canyon Weddings allows one complimentary reschedule to a new available date. Additional rescheduling requests are subject to a $200 administrative fee.
